A: Normally you don’t. If you find that you’ll be on a tight schedule, call to make an appointment so we can be sure to have someone available to assist you when you arrive. If you are coming in with house plans and you will need a full work up for your project, it’s best that you call and make an appointment. This way we can can ensure that you won’t have to wait for one of our Lighting Specialists to be free to see you.

A: This is the most frequently asked question we get. The estimated delivery dates we give you are based on our past experience with the manufacturer and/or the estimated delivery date given by the manufacturer. Century Electric Supply is in no way responsible for the accuracy of the estimated delivery dates; they are estimates only and may be subject to change. There are variables in an estimated delivery date that we have no control over. The only thing we can do is keep you up to date on an estimated delivery date that is given to us by the factory or the shipping company. Once the product leaves the manufacturer, it’s up to the schedule of the shipping company to get it delivered to us. You can call us at any time to ask for an update, but it will only be an estimated date based on the most current information we have been given by the manufacturer or the shipping company. This is the reason you should not schedule an installer until you have the product in your possession.
