We run free standard ground shipping promotions on most Lighting and Accessory orders over $100. On the product page you will see text that reads "This item ships free!" when the item meets our free shipping offer criteria. Please select the free shipping on orders over $100 to participate in our free shipping offer. Some categories of products are always excluded from the free shipping offer due to size and special handling requirements. We will notify you if your item is excluded from our promotion.

We take extra effort and use extra packaging to ensure that your shipments arrive safely, while making every effort to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. There is a per item charge for standard Fedex and common carrier delivery within the United States. When available, we package items together for a single shipment. Shipping costs are calculated in the cart as items are added. Many items are in stock and ready to ship in 2-5 business days. We will also drop ship orders direct from the manufacturer. The shipping times listed in our site reflect the time it usually takes for an item to ship from the manufacturer.

UPS, Fed-Ex or Freight deliveries are not available on Saturday or Sunday. We currently do not ship lighting to Puerto Rico, US territories, or international destinations, excluding Canada. We will ship to Alaska and Hawaii, however, additional shipping and handling charges will apply on all orders to these destinations. You will receive a shipping and handling quote on your order through our checkout system. We will calculate the additional shipping costs and contact you via email for your approval. Your order will not be shipped until you approve of these additional charges. The only international orders we are currently accepting at this time are from Canada destinations.

Shipping Times

Depending on your location, in stock items shipped UPS or Fed-Ex will take 3-5 business days to arrive after you place the order. Freight or common carrier items will arrive 5-15 days after you place the order.

Expedited Shipping

Some products carry the option of overnight or 2nd day air shipping for an additional charge starting at $14.95. Expedited shipping orders must be placed by 1 pm CST for next day or 2nd business day delivery.

Delivery Inspection

Do not sign for and/or do not accept receipt of any products that are visibly damaged. If a product appears to be damaged, please refuse delivery of the item and notify our customer service department immediately at: 1-866-933-0951.

UPS/FedEx:

Smaller items are generally shipped via UPS or Fed Ex. If you are home when the delivery arrives, please inspect the packages for obvious damage. If a product appears to be damaged, please refuse delivery and notify our customer service department immediately. If the delivery is made when you are not home, then please inspect your order carefully. You should confirm the accuracy of the order and verify that all products have arrived in satisfactory condition. Any claims for damages and/or errors must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

Common Carrier Services or Items Shipped Via Truck Freight:

Larger items such as foyer chandeliers require delivery by private trucking firms (common carriers). These companies will call you in advance to arrange a delivery time. This is curbside delivery only. If there are larger items or large orders please make sure you have made arrangements in advance to have someone available (contractor, friend, etc.) to help you bring the items into your home. The driver will not help unload or move any freight. Please be sure to have plenty of help on hand at the time of delivery.

When you receive your order please make sure to count and verify all the carton counts. If you sign a freight bill saying you received all five cartons, and later discover you only received four, you will not have a claim. Please have the driver note any count discrepancies directly on the freight bill before signing. Please inspect all cartons for any signs of damage, holes, water damage, etc. If necessary, have the driver watch as you open and inspect the cartons for damage. It is very important that you inspect these common carrier deliveries thoroughly before signing for them. Inspect the boxes for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. If a product appears to be damaged to the point that it cannot be used - do not accept it. Some manufacturers may require a commercial (non-residential) address for delivery of the large items that must ship via truck. We will contact you for a commercial address if one is not provided.

If you discover internal (non-visible) damages after the delivery has been signed for we need to be notified within 48 hours of receipt at 1-866-933-0951.

At CenturyElectricSupply.com your satisfaction is our primary goal. Any product that is refused upon delivery will be replaced and/or any errors will be corrected immediately. CenturyElectricSupply.com cannot accept responsibility for any damaged product once you sign for a delivery, but we will work with you to resolve the claim with the carrier.

International Shipping

We are currently only accepting international orders from Canada.
