RETURN POLICY

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Centuryelectricsupply.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund less the cost to ship the item(s) plus any applicable re-stocking fees. Items should be returned in their original product packaging, with NO MODIFICATIONS of any kind, and in new condition. Most items are shipped on our site with FREE SHIPPING, however if they are returned, the actual cost of shipping and a re-stocking fee will be deducted from the credit.

RESTOCKING FEE:

The restocking fee is 25% of the sale price on most items.

REFUND RECEIPT:

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

NON-RETURNABLE ORDERS:

* Special Orders and/or Custom Orders are non-returnable.
* Large Quantity Orders (10 or more) are non-returnable.
* We will not issue an RGA for a return or an exchange on any order item(s) and/or item(s) that are OVER $1,000.00.
* PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THIS IS THE ITEM YOU WANT BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER.
* International orders.
* Clearance sale items.
* All orders cancelled before shipment are subject to a $10.00 CANCELLATION FEE.

RETURNS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND NEW CONDITION:

All returns must be in new condition and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been installed or that the wires have been cut.

Please make sure that you are satisfied with your order before installing it or modifying it in any way. If the item(s) are damaged during shipment, please notify us immediately and we will rectify the issue.

Please do not schedule any installation and/or electricians until you have received and checked your order. The estimated delivery dates are based on our past experience with the manufacturer and/or the estimated delivery date given by the manufacturer. Century Electric Supply is in no way responsible for the accuracy of the estimated delivery dates, they are estimates only and may be subject to change. Century Electric Supply is in no way responsible for any installation costs or cancellation fees. If you need to cancel your order, we will do our best to try to cancel the order before it has shipped. If the order has shipped you will be responsible for any restocking fees and/or shipping and handling charges. ALL ORDERS CANCELLED BEFORE SHIPMENT WILL INCUR A $10.00 CANCELLATION FEE.

RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA) NUMBER REQUIRED:

If you return any product after 30 days without an RGA number it will be refused and shipped back to you.
If any product is returned during the 30 day period without an RGA number, it will be subject to 50% RESTOCKING FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS! You must obtain and RGA number before returning the item!

All items MUST include a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA) number before you return any item. Please put the RGA number on the shipping label only, DO NOT WRITE THE RGA NUMBER ON ANY BOXES.

All returns must be returned with prepaid shipping, insured in their original boxes, and re-packaged properly. The items must be in NEW condition with no cut wires or modifications of any kind. Items not returned in their original boxes or altered in any way will be refused and no credit will be issued. All requests for returns MUST be received within 30 days from the receipt of your order. Absolutely NO returns will be honored after 30 days.

Packing & Sending Your Return:

You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.

1. Email us at returns@centuryelectricsupply.com to obtain a RGA number. We will email you a RGA authorization number within 1-3 business days.
2. Pack the items along with the packing slip (the receipt included in the box with your items) securely in the original box you received the items in.
3. Deliver the box and pay to ship the return at the post office or shipping center.
4. Write down the RGA authorization number on the shipping label and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
