Question: Do I have to pay sales tax?
Answer: Century Electric Supply is located and operates in Illinois. By law, any sale shipped to an Illinois address will be charged 7.00% sales tax. Any orders shipped to an address outside of Illinois are exempt from sales tax.
Question: I don't see what I'm looking for, are you able to help me with my lighting needs or requests?
Answer: We have access to hundreds of different manufacturers with thousands of products to choose from, however, we do not list every product or every manufacturer on our on line catalog. We will assist you with what you are looking for and we are able to order thousands of products that may not be displayed on our on line catalog. Please call us at 1-866-933-0951 to inquire about certain products or speak to one of our sales representatives to assist you with your lighting needs.
Question: How do I check on my order?
Answer: You may log into your account by clicking on the My Account button at the top of the home page or on the My Account button on left navigational side bar. You will have to use your email address and the password that you chose when you placed the order. Please allow us 3 business days to process and update your account information from the date of order.
Question: I forgot my password, how do I log into my account?
Answer: Please click on the My Account button to access Forgot Password and submit your email address that you used when you placed your order. We will send your password in a separate email.
Question: Do you really need my email address?
Answer: Yes we do. We will send your receipt information and tracking information via email. If you do not receive an email from CenturyElectricSupply.com, please view your spam folder to check for the email. In addition, some vendors will email you the tracking information when an item has shipped.
